I am unique and good just the way I am. I share the same humanity with others and I’m worthy of connection. There is nothing wrong with me.
Everyone is unique, with their own strengths and life stories. During the MARKED with Purpose program, individuals strengthen their positive self-perception by identifying their personal strengths, interests and life stories while exploring self-compassion and growth mindset. Understanding that self-perception is not fixed, but evolves through intentional actions and experiences, helps individuals realize their potential.
A positive self-concept influences one’s attitudes, behaviors and a sense of capability, making it a core part of the MARKED with Purpose journey.
Connection to Others
I have the power to influence things and the world around me, always beginning with myself.
Through the MARKED with Purpose program, individuals develop essential social-emotional skills by exploring the shared human needs that unite us, the mind-body connection, and the role of emotions. They learn to foster meaningful relationships by building authentic connections and deepening empathy. Individuals also gain valuable insights into the richness of neurodiversity and experience the transformative power of collaboration.
These strong social-emotional skills promote authentic connections, a sense of belonging, and enrich meaningful collaboration.

Connection to the World
I have valuable contributions to offer to people around me, and I can feel meaning and purpose in my life.
At the heart of MARKED with Purpose is the belief that everyone has something unique to contribute. During the program, individuals explore their strengths, interests, life experiences, and values, while reflecting on the change they wish to see in the world and how they can apply their strengths to make it happen. They learn the fundamentals of change and understand that a sense of purpose involves actively engaging in activities that are personally meaningful and positively impact others.
By taking small actions aligned with what's meaningful for them, individuals strengthen their sense of purpose by making a difference.
