In today’s rapidly evolving world, the role of educators has never been more vital, yet more challenging. Educators face increasing demands from emotional exhaustion, feelings of inadequacy to limited resources, all while trying to support young people with diverse needs, mental health challenges and learning difficulties.
The Global MARKED Educator Training Program bridges the gap between research and practice, providing educators with concrete mental and well-being tools that can be seamlessly integrated into their daily activities with youth—without adding to their workload.
The Global MARKED Educator Training Program
Through the Global MARKED Educator Training, educators strengthen their own self-awareness and well-being while mastering evidence-based strategies to support youth mental health, social-emotional skills, and active participation. They gain practical tools to ignite motivation, foster a growth mindset, and instill a belief in learning—even in the face of challenges. By the end of the program, educators develop a deeper understanding of their role in shaping young lives, renewing their sense of purpose and hope—both in their profession and in the lives of the youth.
The program is delivered fully online and consists of 12 transformative, self-paced modules, each featuring a practical theory video, a reflection exercise, and concrete tools that can be implemented as soon as the next day, ensuring direct impact in the daily work with youth.

Upon completion, educators' receive official certification as a Global MARKED Educator. This certification enables them to implement the MARKED with Purpose youth program in their educational environments and facilitate engaging youth groups using the 12-step youth program.
